Shipping Info: All shipments will be made out of Germany.
DHL service will be used for purchases made internationally. Shipping usually takes between 7-14 days business days depending on location and holiday hours. USPS service will be used for all shipments within the United States. Please allow for up to 14 business days depending on location and holiday hours.
Return Policy: Refunds may given in the event that items have arrived damaged or in the event that they have been lost through the postal service.
In case of damage please provide supporting documents (ie. photos). No later than 3 days after arrival. Please attach tracked shipping incase of lost postage so that full refunds can be given or replaced items can be remailed.
